Alongside my education in communications, design and web development, I have spent the last decade helping small businesses and my employers engage their audiences with creative designs, strategic planning and consistent content.
I also have a strong background in the hospitality and tourism industry which has taught me excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, flexibility and a deep understanding of how important guest experiences are to strengthening relationships, brand loyalty and driving business objectives.
